Before & After: A University Park Master Bath Revamped!

We're back with another fun remodel project!

When our clients first contacted us to complete a handful of remodel projects around their newly purchased University Park home, we couldn't wait to see what they had in store for us! When we first set eyes on the master bathroom, we knew it would be at the tip-top of our priority list! And with that priority list rapidly starting to grow, we assured our clients that we would do just enough to bring this bathroom up to date so that they would have enough left over to complete the rest of their home.

Here is the master bath before we got our anxious little hands on it...

Our initial thought was of course a free-standing tub, but we ultimately decided against it as we knew it would be a great place to cut cost without sacrificing style.

Here is the bathroom today!

The basket weave border that caps the subway tile makes such a statement... and I love how it makes its appearance again on the shower floor. So pretty...

Here a couple photos of the vanities before the remodel...

We've been holding out for just the right project to utilize a herringbone floor! Oh, and those leucite sconces....yes please!!

Alli, who was the lead designer on this project, did such a great job revamping the space without going overboard...wouldn't you agree?!
